We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at info.leenslines@gmail.com. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care/beauty products
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges To exchange an item, return it first and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process it. For refunds overdue by more than 15 business days, contact us at info.leenslines@gmail.com.
